Le menu du jour n&#39;est pas connu du serveur, l&#39;eau demand&eacute;e n&#39;est pas apport&eacute;e, le vin tr&egrave;s mal ouvert est une piquette, sur la carte il est indiqu&eacute; Saint Emilion 2021, &agrave; table est servi le 2022, imbuvable, et donc pas celui indiqu&eacute;, la viande apport&eacute;e sans savoir quelle assiette a quelle cuisson.C&#39;est une catastrophe, une tr&egrave;s longue attente alors que tr&egrave;s peu de table.Et on ne parlera pas des toiles d&#39;araign&eacute;es sur les suspensions au dessus des tables, les spots au plafond qui ne sont pas remplac&eacute;s, les dalles de faux plafonds en d&eacute;cr&eacute;pitude. Le probl&egrave;me n&#39;est pas qu&#39;au niveau du restaurant mais aussi de l&#39;h&ocirc;tel, j&#39;esp&egrave;re que les travaux du hall vont s&#39;&eacute;tendre un peu plus loin.Sans parler qu&#39;il est indiqu&eacute; que le chef qui a r&eacute;alis&eacute; la carte n&#39;est autre que la GM de l&#39;h&ocirc;tel qui selon sont LinkedIn n&#39;a jamais &eacute;t&eacute; dans la restauration.On ne m&#39;aurait pas dit que c&#39;&eacute;tait un 4 &eacute;toiles, je me serais attendue &agrave; &ecirc;tre dans un 2 &eacute;toiles et encore j&#39;ai &eacute;t&eacute; mieux servi dans un petit restaurant de province. &Ecirc;tre dans un emplacement peu glamour ne sous entend pas que tout le reste doit l&#39;&ecirc;tre &eacute;galement.
